In the event an appointment needs to be rescheduled or cancelled, a 24-hour advance notice by phone is required. If you are unable to give us 24-hour advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to maintain the schedule of following appointments. Please be aware that if your tardiness is longer than 30% of your session length, the session will be considered a “No Show”. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full cost of the session.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “No Show” and will be charged the full cost of for their appointment.
